Penang Heritage Food Fair

The Penang Food Fair will be a showcase of local authentic Penang cuisine. The fine cuisine of Penang is renowned throughout the world, with restaurants and dishes found in all corners of the planet. This attests to the excellence in taste and flavor of our Penang cuisine. A heady mix of spices and herbs all prepared with the care and experience of generations, whether a quick and fiery “Char Koay Teow” or a steaming plate of hot rice and curry as well as a mountain of vegetables and fritters smothered in a mouth watering sweet potato gravy. This fair will only be showcasing authentic Penang food only. This is to promote Penang local cuisine and to raise awareness of the locals and tourist alike of Penang Authentic Cuisine. The food fair is held in Fort Cornwallis, from 10am to 5pm.
